Manufacturing Resource Planning Software / Material Requirements Planning Software(MRP)
Interprise MRP Software is a production planning, scheduling, and inventory control system used to manage manufacturing processes. It is a mid-market MRP program which fully integrates Sales Orders, Works Orders, Bill of Materials (BOM) with multiple levels of Assemblies, Components, Stock control and Warehouse management.
The MRP software uses its production planning and inventory control system to help manage the manufacturing process to meet the following objectives:
- Ensure material are available for production and products are available for delivery to customers
- Maintain the lowest possible material and product levels in the warehouse
- Plan manufacturing activities, delivery schedules and purchasing activities around demand.
To do this the software has full integration with the Inventory module and accommodates:
- Multiple warehouses including WIP Location
- On Order amounts
- Allocated stock
- Unallocated stock
- On PO Stock
- Reorder Points
This information can be used to auto generate Supplier Purchase Orders using reorder information over specified times like sales trends, re-order points, Minimums and Maximums
The Manufacturing Process can begin as soon as an order is created. The Sales Order can be used to create the Works Order under MRP tab on the Sales Order.
This intergation means that the Works Order can Issue Stock, Allocate stock, Deallocate stock, Move stock to WIP location, Reverse Stock and can accommodate multiple production lines, Component types and in all of these stages the Works Order Status reflects the production stage.
In the Bill Of Materials (BOM) we can keep key information like component products, Production Notes, Special Instructions, Revisons and we can duplicate the Assemblies with the click of a button to make minor alterations to the BOM.
Costs for the Assemblies are populated from the component costs and are calculated each time they are produced. Non-stock items like labour costs can also be added to the costs.
Full traceability of amendments, is retained allowing management to see who changed the BOM and when it was changed so that important questions like why, can be addressed.
The software has flexible reporting tools and allows tailored forms for Works Orders, Production Sheets, Shortfall Reports, Production Schedules, where used report and any other reports that are required.
Interprise MRP integrates seamlessly into the Interprise Suite of software which provides full accounting functions, CRM, Stock, Telephone Integration, Stock, EPOS, Trade-counter Ecommerce and Marketing modules. This software can be hosted in the cloud or in a server in the office.
